• Introducing the hotel as part of the Veranda Pool Villa Hua Hin-Cha Am project, a subsidiary of Veranda Resort & Villas Hua Hin Cha Am.

• The company has begun construction on the Veranda Villas and Suites Phuket project.
  
• The company restructured its shareholding within the group, changed the name of its subsidiary from Veranda Pastry Co., Ltd. to VL Phuket Co., Ltd., and increased its registered capital from 5.00 million baht to 20.00 million baht.

Developing the Veranda Pool Villa Hua Hin Cha-am residential project.

• The company has begun developing residential projects and launched a pre-sale under the name "Veranda Pool Villa Hua Hin Cha-am," a vacation home project in the Cha-am-Hua Hin area, valued at approximately 350-400 million baht, which is currently under construction.
• The company has begun construction of the hotel portion of the “Veranda Pool Villa Hua Hin Cha-am” project.
• The company has begun developing low-rise residential condominiums and vacation homes in Phuket, with a project value of approximately 700 million baht.
• The company has commenced construction of the Veranda Resort Phuket project, specifically the hotel portion.

Renovation & Re-Brand

• Rocky Boutique Resort Samui is undergoing renovation and rebranding as Veranda Collection Samui – Rocky Resort.
  
• PDS is expanding its Gram Pancakes chain by adding 5 new branches, bringing the total to 13 branches.
  
• VCS expands its “KOF” store network with 5 new branches.
  
• VCS invested in a subsidiary, Veranda Pastry Co., Ltd., to operate a restaurant and beverage business, with a registered capital of 5.00 million baht.

Expanding investment in mixed-use projects in Phuket.

• Investing in a 20-rai (approximately 8.4 acres) beachfront land plot near Laem Panwa, Phuket, for 507 million baht, to develop a mixed-use project including a hotel with approximately 150-180 rooms and a residence section, with a total project value of approximately 900 million baht.

Expand the restaurant, dessert, and beverage business by 2019.

• The company is offering 75,000,000 shares to the public for the first time (IPO). Therefore, after this offering, the company will have a registered and fully paid-up capital of 1,598,408,360 baht, divided into 319,681,672 ordinary shares with a par value of 5.00 baht per share.
  
• Acquired all shares of PDS Holdings Company Limited from an external party. PDS owns the Master Franchise Agreement for beverage and dessert shops under the names “GRAM Pancakes” and “PABLO Cheesetart”.

Registered to transform into a public company and increased registered capital in preparation for an IPO.

• KOF, a dessert and beverage shop, has opened its first branch on the G floor of SO Bangkok Hotel.
  
• The second branch of "KOF," a dessert and beverage restaurant, has opened at J Avenue Thonglor.
  
• It was registered as a public company and changed its name to Veranda Resort Public Company Limited.
  
• The registered capital was increased from 1,223.41 million baht to 1,750.00 million baht to support listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

Begin developing a new real estate project.

• The development of a low-rise residential condominium project, "Veranda Residence Hua Hin," has begun. This project consists of 270 units, comprising 3-7 story buildings, with a project value of approximately 2,461 million baht.
  
• We have opened our second restaurant, serving food, desserts, and drinks, under the name "Skoop Beach Café" in Hua Hin.

Additional hotel rooms are now available.

• The Veranda Resort & Villas Hua Hin Cha Am has opened an additional 26 rooms, bringing the total number of rooms available to 136.

They started a food and beverage business and acquired the company that operated Rocky Boutique Resort, then opened a new hotel.

• Now open is the first restaurant, serving food, desserts, and drinks, under the name "Skoop Beach Café," in Pattaya.
  
• Acquired all shares of The ISA Resort Company Limited from an external party. ISA operates the "Rocky Boutique Resort" hotel, which has 50 rooms, located in Maret Subdistrict, Koh Samui District, Surat Thani Province.
  
• Veranda Resort Pattaya Na Jomtien, with a total of 145 rooms, is now open. It is located in Na Jomtien Subdistrict, Pattaya City, Chonburi Province.

Sales have commenced and construction has begun on the second residential condominium building, named “Veranda Residence Pattaya”.

• The second residential condominium project, "Veranda Residence Pattaya," is now open for sales. This high-rise building consists of 35 stories with 325 standard condominium units and 4 pool villas, totaling 329 units. It is located in Na Jomtien Subdistrict, Pattaya City, Chonburi Province, with a total project value of approximately 1,946.10 million baht.

Increase registered capital

• The registered capital has been increased to 400.00 million baht (paid-up capital of 250.00 million baht).

The third hotel under the name "SO Bangkok" has opened.

• SO Bangkok, a hotel with 237 guest rooms, has opened in the Bang Rak district, Sathorn subdistrict, Bangkok.

OTR was established to acquire commercial buildings.

• Acquired a four-story commercial building, one unit, located next to the SO Bangkok Hotel. This building is currently used as residence for the hotel manager and/or staff of SO Bangkok Hotel.

The second hotel, "Veranda The High Resort Chiang Mai," opened for business, while construction of the first residential condominium, "Veranda High Residence Chiang Mai," began and sales commenced.

• Veranda The High Resort Chiang Mai is now open, offering 69 guest rooms. It is located in Hang Dong Subdistrict, Hang Dong District, Chiang Mai Province.
  
• Construction has commenced and sales have officially begun for “Veranda High Residence Chiang Mai,” a low-rise residential condominium project. The project consists of a 4-story building with 30 standard condominium units and 3 pool villas, located in Hang Dong Subdistrict, Hang Dong District, Chiang Mai Province. The total project value is approximately 229.63 million baht.

The first hotel under the name "Veranda Resort & Villas Hua Hin Cha-am" has opened.

• Veranda Resort & Villas Hua Hin Cha Am is now open, offering 98 standard rooms and 12 pool villas, for a total of 110 rooms.
