Dividend Payment Policy and History

The Board of Directors may consider paying the Company's annual dividend. It must be approved by the shareholders' meeting, except for the interim dividend payment. The Board of Directors has the power to approve the payment of dividends from time to time when it deems that the Company has reasonable profits to do so, and shall report to the shareholders' meeting at the next meeting.


The Company has a policy to pay dividends to shareholders of not less than 40% of the net profit according to the financial statements only after deduction of corporate income tax and after deduction of various reserves.
